Berry and Clay is working with an established and growing company to recruit an experienced Commercial Construction Manager to lead and oversee our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction project management, demonstrate effective leadership skills, and be proficient in managing large-scale, complex projects from conception to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus.
• Experience working with customizable steel building systems and an understanding of their unique design and construction requirements.
